Some of the troubleshooting tips help prevent connection time-out errors. If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. Disabling Automatic Label Printing

Starting in version 5.5, Harvest Webstation automatically prints labels when you save an order, unless you disable the automatic label printing preference for Harvest Webstation users in Harvest (see steps below). Once you disable this setting, no labels will automatically print when you save an order in Harvest Webstation, but you may still click the Labels button on the Unreleased Order Details or Order Details pages to print labels manually.

1. Select "Preferences" from the File menu in Harvest.
2. Click the Web tab.
3. Click the Set Web User Prefs button. This opens the Harvest Webstation preferences.
4. Click the Accessioning tab.
5. Uncheck the Auto-print Labels option.
6. Click Save to record the change to the Harvest Webstation preferences.
7. Click Save in the main Preferences window to finalize your changes. Your changes will not be fully saved until you click Save here.
