If the page does not seem to reflect the proper information, refresh everything by holding down the Shift key when clicking on Refresh (Internet Explorer) or Reload (Firefox) in your browser. Finding Your Version NumberWhen contacting Technical Support, you may be asked to provide the Harvest Webstation version number. The version number is very easy to find, but the exact steps may vary, depending on the web browser you use.
